The breadth and diversity of my experience outside the realm of the Internet serves to nurture and augment the years of experience I have as a Web programmer and designer. I have a rich legacy of skills and knowledge which provides me with a firm foundation in the many and demanding aspects of being creative and successful on the Web.

The ideal position will not only allow, but encourage and demand me to employ as broad a set of my skills as possble, enabling me to leverage my knowledge of mathematics, computers and programming, education, writing, marketing, and graphic design. With such an amalgamation of skills and talents at my disposal, the Web has time and again proven to be the ideal place for me to creatively utilize my expertise and expand my horizons.

I am seeking a company whose mission both demands and incorporates creativity and innovation, and encourages both self-directed individualism and concerted group efforts. The size of the company itself is not as significant as is the cohesiveness and familiarity within the community of employees.

I am as equally content and capable of being a sole Webmaster and site maintainer as being one of a set of Webmasters devoted to site development, or the leader of such a group. I have several years experience managing a staff of approximately twenty-five individuals. I am capable of allocating and coordinating the efforts of individuals as well as successfully directing the integration of a group's efforts into a whole end result. I have over a decade of experience teaching and am an excellent communicator.
